Inside, you’ll find 5 bedrooms, 2 toilets, 3 showers, a spacious sauna, and a sauna relaxation room, along with generous living areas and a large play and activity area on the first floor, perfect for children and groups.
For year-round comfort, the villa is equipped with one of the best heating systems available: underfloor heating powered by geothermal energy, ensuring a cozy, sustainable indoor climate in every season.

Welcome to the living room of Villa Sven, the most spacious room in the house, spanning an impressive 32m² with a soaring ceiling height of 4.7m.
Massive south-facing windows invite breathtaking views of the Northern Finnish landscape, allowing you to soak in the beauty of nature during both sunrise and sunset. The room features two large sofas that comfortably accommodate up to 10 people, making it the perfect gathering spot for family and friends.
KITCHEN AND DINING AREA
Fully equipped for both everyday meals and special occasions, the kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, stove, and all the accessories needed to prepare and enjoy your favorite dishes with ease.
Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area features a solid plank dining table that comfortably seats 8 people, with an extension allowing space for 2 additional guests.
BEDROOMS
Villa Sven features 5 bedrooms, with 3 spacious ones located on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor. It is equipped with 4 double beds and 2 single beds, comfortably accommodating a of 10 guests. Additionally, a sofa in the sauna relaxation room provides extra sleeping space for 2 more people, making it perfect for larger groups.
SAUNA
Spacious and inviting, the sauna can accommodate 6–8 people at the same time.
The sauna building is thoughtfully equipped with two showers, one toilet, and a cozy sauna relaxation room. This calming space features a comfortable sofa and a mini fridge stocked for refreshing drinks, allowing you to cool down and recharge between sauna sessions in complete comfort.
BATHROOMS
There is one bathroom with a toilet and shower, one separate toilet, and one shower room with two showers, ensuring convenience and privacy for all guests.
FIRST FLOOR
Spanning 25 m², this bright open area functions as a small living room, complete with a television for quiet downtime.
With plenty of open floor space, it’s also ideal as a play area for children and games.
